Built to last
You'd have to rip the fabric to get it off.
Most hat patches are printed or glued on, and they peel. Ours is different. We laser-engrave the leatherette, cut it out, and heat-press it onto the hat with an American-made adhesive.
It's machine washable and won't peel or crack like a printed patch. If the patch ever fails from a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it for the life of the hat.
A milestone you'll only see once
1976 was the 200th. 2076 will be the 300th. The 250th only comes around once for any of us.
So we made something worth keeping. Each patch made one at a time by hand in International Falls, Minnesota.
