The Stars and Stripes run across the whole patch. 1776-2026 sits up top. A big 250 sits in the middle. AMERICA runs along the bottom. The design is laser-engraved into the patch, not printed on top.
Built to last
You'd have to rip the fabric to get it off.
Most hat patches are printed or glued on, and they peel. Ours is different. We laser-engrave the leatherette, cut it out, and heat-press it onto the hat with an American-made adhesive.
It's machine washable and won't peel or crack like a printed patch. If the patch ever fails from a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it for the life of the hat.
