LiDMasters is a small shop that makes patch hats. Our specialty is engraved leatherette: we design the art, engrave it with a CO2 laser, cut it, and heat-bond it by hand onto Richardson and other quality blanks. The blanks are imported; everything else happens right here.

Leatherette is what we do best. It holds up, you can wash it, you can wear it hard, and the design is engraved into the material, not printed on top. And when a job calls for something else, we source it: woven, UV printed, PVC, and other patch styles, depending on the run.

We're particular about what leaves this shop. Every hat carries our label in the sweatband, and if we're not proud of it, it doesn't ship.

Today that means two things: our own designs in the shop, and wholesale runs for resorts, breweries, shops, and crews that want a hat of their own, from a dozen on up.
