Creator collaborations
Custom hat collections for creators
Your audience follows what you do. A hat collection gives them another way to be part of it.
We work with creators to explore collections that fit their brand and their community. That can include design, an online store, production, and shipping orders to customers. Every collaboration starts with a conversation about fit, with the details agreed individually.
It starts with your community.
Are people asking for merch? Have they bought from you before? Is there a design, phrase, or project they already connect with?
Tell us about that. We're interested in who would wear the hats and why. Your audience and the idea help us work out whether a collection makes sense.

A creator collection in practice
Hexwood Creations
Hexwood's audience was asking for merch. We worked with Hexwood to bring a hat collection to the community, handling the designs, online store, production, and customer orders.
The collection gives fans a way to wear the Hexwood name and support the work they follow.

Review the collection.
If we move forward, you’ll review the designs and the plan for selling the hats before they go on sale.
A few things you might be wondering
Do I need a certain number of followers?
There isn’t a published follower minimum. Tell us about your audience and their interest in merch. We consider each inquiry individually.
What if I haven’t sold merch before?
Tell us what’s prompted the idea. Requests from followers or interest in a particular design can be a useful place to start the conversation.
What does it cost, and how do I get paid?
The costs and what you earn depend on the arrangement. If we’re a good fit, we’ll agree on both in writing before work begins.
Can you handle the store and shipping?
Yes. We can run an online store for the collection and handle production, customer orders, and shipping. We’ll work out which services make sense for your collaboration.
I already have a merch store. Can we still talk?
Absolutely. Send us the link and tell us what you’d like to add. We’ll discuss how a hat collection could fit alongside what you already offer.
Tell us what your community has in mind.
Send us a link to your main channel, a little about your audience, and your idea for the hats. If people have been asking for merch or have bought from you before, we'd like to hear about it.
