From art approval. Big runs can take 2-3, and if we're ever slammed you'll hear it from me up front. Reorders are faster: usually inside a week.

- The classic Richardson 112 trucker sits at the low end of each range: $22 / $20 / $18 / $17 by tier, exactly. Most other models land inside the range; a few premium blanks price above it by exactly the blank difference. Have a specific hat in mind? Name it and the mockup comes back priced.
- Tiers price on your total hat count, and you can mix designs, hat styles, and colors within an order.
- No setup fees, no art fees.
- There's room to shelf these at $34.99-39.99. At 48+, an $18 hat on a $35.99 shelf doubles your money. Retail is always your call.
- Running 144 or more? You won't pay more than the 96+ price, and the specifics decide the rest. Email me and I'll put together the best number I can for your run.
What's included
- These aren't generic promo hats. Every hat that leaves the shop carries our label in the sweatband, and if we're not proud of it, it doesn't ship.
- Free design work. Bring a logo and we redraw it as a clean engraving mark, or bring nothing and we design your hat from scratch. Either way the art stays yours for anything you order from us.
- Every engraved design is test-run on real leatherette before your order runs.
- Patches are laser-cut and heat-bonded in-house. Machine washable, built to outlast the hat.
- Engraved leatherette is what we do best, but not the only patch we offer. More colorways than you would guess, plus full-color printed, woven, PVC, layered acrylics, and other patch styles depending on the run. Pricing varies by patch.
We run wholesale orders from a dozen hats on up. The last 72-hat run went from order placed to delivered in four days. We can't promise that every time, but we're quick.

I'm Jordan. Every patch here is designed, engraved, and heat-bonded in my shop in International Falls, and you deal with me directly, from the first mockup to the box on your doorstep. More about the shop.
Terms
- 12-hat minimum per order. 24 is the smart starting point.
- Opening orders are prepaid by ACH link (card works too, +3% card surcharge). And by the time you pay for anything, you'll have seen the mockup and held the sample.
- Bigger runs may take a 50% deposit to get on the production schedule, depending on the order and our history together. The balance is due before the hats ship.
- Reorders usually go Net 30. Established businesses can order on a purchase order with Net 30 from the invoice date; we'll set that up on your first order.
- Not reselling? Crew hats, tournament gifts, and giveaways run on the same tiers.
- Something wrong with your order when it lands? Tell me and we'll sort it out.
- Shipping at cost. Free on 72+ hats.
- Local? Pickup in International Falls always works. And on bigger runs within a couple hours of the shop, there's a good chance I'll deliver it myself.
Common questions
Can you do full-color logos?
Engraved leatherette is a two-tone look by design. If your logo needs full color, no problem: we quote a UV-printed patch version instead, usually $2-3 more per hat.
I've seen cheaper patch hats. Can you get close to that price?
On runs of 72+ in a single colorway we can build on a value blank, around $14 a hat, sometimes down to $12 on big quantities. Same patch, same engraving, cheaper hat. It shelves around $24.99-29.99, so you still double your money.
We're not a store. Can we order for our crew or as giveaways?
Absolutely. Crew hats, tournament gifts, customer giveaways: same tiers, same process. Tell me roughly how many heads and I'll take it from there.
I don't really know what I want yet.
That's most people, honestly. Tell me about your business and your customers, and I'll send back a couple of directions with the mockup: your logo done clean, plus something designed from scratch for your place. Pick one, mix them, or tell me what I missed.
Do you do consignment?
We don't, but that's why the minimum is small: start with 12 or 24 and see how they move. And if a design isn't moving, say so at reorder time and I'll rework the art free.
Who sees my design?
Nobody but us. Your logo and your custom art never appear on our site or socials without your written OK, and they're never offered to anyone else.
How fast can you restock?
If the blanks are on the shelf, a reorder usually ships inside a week. Bringing blanks in adds a few days, call it two weeks. Patches are engraved in-house, so a reorder isn't waiting on an overseas production run.
Can you hit a deadline?
Often, yes. Tell me the date up front and I'll tell you straight whether it's doable, and what expedited blanks would cost if we need them. If I say yes to a date, I mean it.
Do you ship outside Minnesota?
Anywhere in the US.
